At Myriad Enterprises Inc., your satisfaction and skin health matter to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help—fairly, transparently, and efficiently.
Returns are accepted if the item meets all of the following conditions:
Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
Return is requested within 7 days from the date of delivery or pickup
Item is unused, unopened, and in original condition, with all seals, packaging, and labels intact
Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or confirmation email)
We reserve the right to inspect and verify all returned items before approval.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or wrong:
Opened skincare products (soap, sunscreen, toner, etc.)
Used supplements (e.g. capsules, juice drinks)
Items bought during sales, promos, or giveaways
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Once your return is approved:
A full refund may be issued via the original payment method
Or, a store credit or exchange may be offered upon request
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from approval
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
We only replace items if they are:
Defective or damaged during transit
Incorrect items shipped (e.g. wrong product or variant)

Wait for our team to confirm eligibility and next steps
Once approved, return the product to our address or designated drop-off center.
Returns for items bought at our Great Mall of Central Luzon Office must be processed in person within 7 days, with receipt and item in original condition.
