📦 Myriad Enterprises Inc. – Returns & Refund Policy

Applies To: All purchases made through authorized Myriad channels, including in-store, social media, and official website.


🔁 Overview

At Myriad Enterprises Inc., your satisfaction and skin health matter to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help—fairly, transparently, and efficiently.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted if the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • Return is requested within 7 days from the date of delivery or pickup

  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original condition, with all seals, packaging, and labels intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or confirmation email)

We reserve the right to inspect and verify all returned items before approval.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or wrong:

  • Opened skincare products (soap, sunscreen, toner, etc.)

  • Used supplements (e.g. capsules, juice drinks)

  • Items bought during sales, promos, or giveaways

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage


💸 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is approved:

  • A full refund may be issued via the original payment method

  • Or, a store credit or exchange may be offered upon request

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from approval

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.


🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective or damaged during transit

  • Incorrect items shipped (e.g. wrong product or variant)

To request an exchange, email us with clear photos and your order details.


📤 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at myriadenterprisesofficial@gmail.com or message our Facebook page

  2. Include:

    • Full name and contact number

    • Order number or receipt photo

    • Reason for return and supporting photo(s)

  3. Wait for our team to confirm eligibility and next steps

Once approved, return the product to our address or designated drop-off center.


📍 In-Store Purchases

Returns for items bought at our Great Mall of Central Luzon Office must be processed in person within 7 days, with receipt and item in original condition.
